REQUEST A REFUND

Hair Republic Beauty Lounge stands by all our hair and skin care lines.

We aim to find the best hair and skin care for your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your online, you may request a refund or exchange for your product.

1. Within 7 days of receipt of order, email info@hairrepublic.ca with exchange or refund request for your regular-priced merchandise. Please be sure to include your name, order ID number and reason for the return. You will be given instructions on how to return the order.

2. Box the hair or skin care product and return to the following address:

3. Email the tracking number to returns@hairrepublic.ca

Once the returned item has been received and assessed, Hair Republic will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days. You will be notified by email once we have completed the refund. Please note that all refunds will only be issued to the credit card associated to the original transaction ID. PayPal transactions will be refunded to the original PayPal transaction ID. Credit card returns may take up to one week to appear on your billing statement. Please contact your credit card company should you require further refund information.The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All return parcels must be fully insured with a tracking number.

Hair Republic reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the above policies. We will not under any circumstance assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of parcels without proof of delivery to Hair Republic Online Return.
