Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Hair Republic promises to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders will be processed within 24-hours of purchase.
Hair Republic currently only ships within Canada and will only ship to names and addresses which correspond to the name and billing address indicated on the order form submitted, or a verified PayPal address. Please note that once your order has been processed, we will email you a notification that your items have been shipped and provide you with tracking information.
ORDERING & INVENTORY
Online orders will be processed within 24-hours of the order placement and in the order in which they have been received. Should for any reason the product you selected not be available, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you of this inconvenience. In the event that we can only fulfill a portion of your order we will also contact you prior to shipping the available items.
CANADIAN ORDERS
All Canadian orders placed with Hair Republic are processed, packaged and shipped within Canada from Ottawa, Ontario. All packages are shipped using Canada Post, a reliable carrier servicing all of Canada.
COVID-19
Hair Republic is adjusting to the changes and requirements made by Health Canada. All products are sanitized before shipping and free curb side delivery is available.
RETURNS
Hair Republic gladly accepts returns within 30 days of the order delivery date. Items returned must be in their original, re-sellable condition. Once we have received the items and have them in our possession, we will issue a refund immediately.
All merchandise purchased at any kind of discount is considered a Final Sale. We also do not issue any kind of price adjustments.
Refunds for regular-priced merchandise must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please e-mail any return requests at info@hairrepublic.ca. In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be received no later than 10 days after the return has been accepted by Hair Republic. Hair Republic will under no circumstances provide a refund for any regular-priced product that is not in perfect condition or that has not been requested within 7 days or receipt of your order and is not received at Hair Republic within 10 days. Items returned without approval by Hair Republic will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
