WHAT’S IN IT
• Acacia concinna fruit extract – a mild cleansing agent.
• Desert date (balanites aegyptiaca) a fruit extract – derived from a tree grown in tropical Africa. A gentle cleansing agent with unsaturated fatty acids that moisturize and nourish hair.
•Gypsophila – a gentle cleansing agent.
•Zingiber officianale (ginger) root oil – anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and antiseptic.
•Pea peptide – a complete source of amino acids, which help strengthen and condition the hair cuticle.
• Keratin amino acids – vegan keratin that helps strengthen the hair.
• Oryza sativa (rice) extract – hydrate and improve hair strength, promote curl, and help fight frizz.
•Sodium hyaluronate – also known as hyaluronic acid, adds intense hydration to hair and scalp.
•Sunflower seed extract – UV protection, lightweight moisture that quickly penetrates the hair cuticle.
•Tomato fruit ferment extract – shrinks the hair cuticle and encourages curl.
•Linseed extract – rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids that nourish the hair cuticle and provide shine.
• Olive leaf extract – has conditioning, smoothing and shine-enhancing qualities. Moisturizes hair from deep within the hair follicle while adding incredible luster.

•Sulfates – formulated with gentle, colour-safe surfactants, which cleanse with incredible lather.
•Salt (sodium chloride) – most shampoos use salt as a thickener, which dries out your hair. AG shampoos
are naturally thicker without the addition of salt, leaving your hair healthy, shiny and hydrated.
• DEA – a thickening agent used in shampoos, which has been placed on a watch list by the FDA. We have
proactively removed this ingredient from all of our shampoos and replaced it with a naturally derived
ingredient sourced from cotton.
•Parabens – used as preserving agents and have been shown to be a concern to human health. We use
gentle cosmetic grade preservatives with a worldwide safety approval.
•PABA (or para-aminobenzoic acid) – one of the first sunblocks widely available for purchase in
the 1970s. PABA has been found to be an irritant to the skin.
•Gluten – all AG products are 100% gluten-free.
•Silicones – formulated instead with a mix of lightweight oils which naturally coat the hair, seal in
moisture and add shine.
• MEA/TEA – thickening agents, Curl Fresh uses less water, more active ingredients plus plant-based
